How do I view my account profile and event dashboard?
Once you have created an account your personalized user dashboard will automatically be set up. You will be directed to your dashboard immediately after login. Your user profile may be viewed and edited by hovering over your avatar found in the top right corner of the main navigation bar, then by clicking on Profile.
How do I change my password?
Login to your account. Hover over your avatar icon, then scroll down to Profile. Below the email address, you will find the password field. Edit your password and save when completed.
How do I delete my account?
Please visit https://www.hitkor.com/contact and fill out the required fields. A confirmation email will be sent when the action has been completed. Deleting your account will remove your profile and all information associated with your account including personalized content and order history. We cannot retrieve an account once it has been deleted from the database.
How do I cancel my order and receive a refund?
E-mail your order number to email@example.com. An email notification will be sent confirming your request. Due to third-party processing, a request may take up to 10 days to be fully refunded.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are also a valid form of payment.
Do I need to download an application or software to watch a LIVE event or video on demand?
No app or software downloads are required to view HITKOR events. The system is web-based and compatible with most browsers.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge are all supported. Please check your privacy settings and ensure pop-up blockers are turned off prior to the start of the show.
How do I watch a show?
Both LIVE events and Encore video on demand content can be viewed using the KORplayer. Our KORplayer will include 2 buttons , Main with stereo live and Hear360 button to experience immersive spatial audio with your preferred headphones or earbuds.
My show is not streaming, what should I do?
Make sure that you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection (contact your Internet Service Provider should you need assistance). Next, reload the browser page. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening your browser.
How do I watch on my TV?
Connect your laptop via HDMI or mirror your screen to your Smart TV with enabled Apple and Android devices. Mobile and Tablet devices may be screen mirrored onto compatible Smart TVs. Check Apple, Android and Smart TV compatibility requirements.

How do I purchase tickets?

What are the available ticket options?
A LIVE ticket is $17.99. This allows you access to the live event and on-demand in Encore for 12+ months.
Includes admission to the live stream event, on-demand viewing in Encore for 12+ months, plus bonus content such as Red Carpet, Artist Interviews that are only as part of the live event.

How do I access Encore video content?
Purchasing a LIVE ticket allows you to view the show on demand in Encore for 12 months. After logging in, visit your profile for a list of purchased shows that automatically appear in your personalized Encore catalog. You may also purchase Encore* shows a-la-carte via https://www.hitkor.com/encore

I didn’t purchase a LIVE event ticket. Can I still watch the show
Yes, all LIVE events will be available for purchase in Encore beginning 30 days after the livestream. Go to the Encore page, add the show of your choice to the cart and after checkout, you will be directed to your dashboard where the show will appear. Click the show link and the KORplayer will be visible. A-la-carte show purchases can be viewed for a full month from date of purchase.
Can I switch camera angles on mobile as well as desktop?
Yes, you can switch camera angles within the KORplayer on either, however, you can only be logged in to one device at a time.
Do Encore and LIVE ticket prices differ?

Where can I purchase official merchandise?

What are my payment and shipping options?
Payment options are the same as LIVE events and Video on Demand. Major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are also a valid form of payment. HITKOR ships worldwide. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Order tracking is available approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped.
Can I ship to my P.O. Box, APO or FPO?
No, a physical shipping address is required for all deliveries. Unfortunately we do not ship to military or post office boxes at this time.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with an order number. Tracking information is updated when the order is shipped.
How can I return or exchange my order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any type of return. You will need to include your order number in the request. The return window is 30 days from purchase date. If approved, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued and must be written on the packing slip, and outside of the package when returned.
In the event an item is out of stock, a refund will be initiated and the card that was used in the checkout process will be refunded. Items returned to us without a Return Authorization will not be replaced or refunded. Return items must be in NEW condition, in original packaging.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Changes such as a new shipping address, or shipping method change cannot be made once an order has been placed. We recommend processing a new order with the required changes and emailing email@example.com to cancel the initial order.
What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of order receipt with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. If the item cannot be replaced you will refunded the purchase price via the original payment method, minus shipping cost.

No, an account must be created to process an order on our website.
Where can I find garment care instructions?
Care instructions are specific to each garment and may be found affixed to some items.
How do I use a promo code?
A code can be redeemed at the final step during checkout. Locate the box labeled gift card/discount and enter the provided code. The discount will be immediately applied to the purchase. Multiple codes may not be used during a single purchase.
