Your user profile may be viewed and edited by hovering over your avatar found in the top right corner of the main navigation bar, then by clicking on Profile.
Login to your account. Hover over your avatar icon, then scroll down to Profile. Below the email address, you will find the password field. Edit your password and save when completed.

Both LIVE events and Encore video on demand content can be viewed using the KORplayer. Depending on your ticket selection, the KORplayer will include 2-3 buttons. For a LIVE ticket you may select the Main button with stereo live feed or HEAR360 button to experience immersive spatial audio with your preferred headphones or earbuds. For an All-Access ticket an added All-Access button will be visible. This will be activated prior to the show and automatically switch to the Main feed when the show begins.

Connect your laptop via HDMI or mirror your screen to your Smart TV with enabled Apple and Android devices. Mobile and Tablet devices may be cast onto compatible Smart TVs. Check Apple, Android and Smart TV compatibility requirements.

Yes, all LIVE events will be available for purchase in Encore beginning 30 days after the livestream. Go to the Encore page, add the show of your choice to the cart and after checkout, you will be directed to your dashboard where the show will appear. Click the show link and the KORplayer will be visible. A-la-carte show purchases can be viewed for 12 months from date of purchase.
Yes, you can switch camera angles within the KORplayer on either, however, you can only be logged in to one device at a time.

In the event an item is out of stock, a refund will be initiated and the card that was used in the checkout process will be refunded. Items returned to us without a Return Authorization will not be replaced or refunded. Return items must be in NEW condition, in original packaging.
